The room was a good size and had a toilet with plenty of hot water and WiFi, which had everything I needed. the staff was helpful and always available. the location was near attractions such as Victoria Memorial, markets, shops, eateries, the lively life of central Kolkata.

The location of this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing, just a short walk to all the main attractions and surrounded by super cool restaurants. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help. The hygienic breakfast was a great relief, though a bit expensive since there were no other options around. The free water and good Wi-Fi were a real bonus. The room was comfortable with a good TV and air conditioning, and we were even given a choice of two rooms when we checked in. a jaw-dropping experience!

The hotel offered two complementary facts that we enjoyed during our new year stay. the hotel was located in a lively area, close to markets and great eating places. This made it a breeze to explore the area without spending much on travel.

The noise from the street could be heard from our room, making it tough for a light sleeper like me to get a good night's sleep. the hotel did not have a restaurant, making it necessary to order food from outside which was an inconvenience.
